These terms apply to the CraftSMP website, Minecraft server, Discord community and connected account features.
Server Data and IP Addresses
When you use the website, Minecraft server or connected services, we may process technical data such as IP addresses, timestamps, account names, device/browser information, login attempts and security logs. This data is used for server operation, moderation, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
Voicechat Evidence
For moderation cases, ban reviews or safety investigations, CraftSMP may store voicechat clips, reports or other evidence where necessary and legally permitted. This evidence is intended only for authorized staff review and must not be published publicly. By using CraftSMP voicechat, you acknowledge this moderation and evidence policy.
Bans and Restrictions
CraftSMP may warn, mute, kick, ban or restrict users who break rules or harm the community. Evidence may be stored internally so staff decisions remain reviewable.
